Business and Organization Booths, Food Vendors and our Artisans will be located throughout the grounds for maximum exposure. The vendor fee is $50 for a 10'x10' booth space. Your business/organization/artist information will be listed on the website with links to your own website as well as be included in the festival program.
Vendors need to be set up, all vehicles removed from the festival area and open for business by 11am on Saturday, June 23rd (music begins at noon) until dark or later (festival ends at midnight). Vendors will need to provide their own tables, chairs, stands, and tents (for outdoor spaces). Vendors are subject to approval by the festival committee.
Tents must be secured on each leg using sandbags, 5 gallon buckets filled with water or rocks, or some other effective method to guard against the real possibility of losing a tent to wind gusts. Please consider everyone’s safety.
There are several indoor spaces that can be reserved on a first paid, first served basis.
Company/organization biography, contact info, and links to webpage, Facebook, and other digital media will be included on the Bluegrass Evanston website and Facebook Page. Vendors will be included in the Festival Program if the completed application, payment and bio information are received by May 15th. Please send a bio and photos to be included in the program and other marketing materials. We want attendees to get to know you and your company.
